Cowboy Auctioneer is so passionate about helping charities and reaching the unserved that Heath and his wife Tabitha started The Bless Foundation (theblessfoundation.org) in 2017, a Christian foundation focused on advancing the Gospel to unreached people groups. At their first annual Light The World event, they raised over $500,000 in a complete volunteer effort and distributed all proceeds to 5 beneficiary organizations serving the unreached.
The Bless Foundation has not only provided Heath and his team with an outlet to serve, but with the ability to connect with their clients on a deeper level of event management and fundraising initiatives.

CC4C, Cheyanna’s Champions 4 Children, builds support teams for the community of families and children with rare or undiagnosed conditions.
In 2015, Heath met Talaya and fell in love with the mission of supporting families of children going through an unimaginable difficulty. Not only has Cowboy Auctioneer donated their services for the past several years, Heath became a Celebrity Champion Sponsor of Robert, a 8 year survivor of a rare form of cancer. Now and then, Robert joins Heath on stage as an Honorary Cowboy. Together as a team Heath and Robert have raised several million dollars to help CC4C provide life-changing resources for children and families.
COMMUNITY FIRST! VILLAGE
In Austin, Texas, we see first hand people who are affected by homelessness. It is a blessing to work with Community First! Village to get these wonderful people the support and placement that they need to have a healthy and stable living environment. By supporting Community First! Village, you are exponentially impacting the hungry and homeless community in and around Austin.
FOSTER VILLAGE
We love to be a part of growth, especially when we see incredible potential in a necessary mission! In 2019, we were honored to donate our services to help Foster Village strategically fundraise at their first gala. What a success! $150,000 was raised in the auction portion and the Village grew in so many ways. Foster Village comes alongside children and families in the welfare system and shows them that they are not alone by creating opportunities for the local community to be a "village" of support to these vulnerable and underserved children and families.
THE REFUGE
As a father of two precious girls, Heath is committed to fighting human trafficking and to providing healing and restoration to those who have been affected. It is an honor to have partnered with The Refuge to provide a trauma-informed, long-term restoration community with on-site services for girls, minors through age 19, who have been exploited through sex trafficking.
THE RISE SCHOOL OF AUSTIN
Before The Rise School was built, Heath's wife Tabitha managed events throughout a fundraising campaign alongside Mack Brown, Lance Armstrong and other notable celebrities that helped break ground on this incredible school. The Rise School brings all children - gifted, traditional learning and developmentally delayed - to an inclusive, loving environment and the Hales are filled with joy to be a part of their sweet stories.
HONOR FLIGHT AUSTIN
The Cowboys love the USA! Our veterans are our heroes and we are so grateful that they have given so much for our freedom. In 2016 on Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day, Heath and Wade were honored to help chaperone a group of 20 veterans to Washington D.C. with Honor Flight Austin. They quickly bonded with these heroes and the day in D.C. was an experience of a lifetime, seeing our new friends being honored and awarded while receiving a standing ovation by the entire country.
BOYS & GIRLS CLUB OF AUSTIN
Heath and Seth grew up as members of the local Boys and Girls Club. As Club Kids, they learned how to win and how to lose, how to play as a team and how to be a part of a bigger picture. It is always an honor to stand on stage and represent the kids of The Boys and Girls Club to help fund facilities, programs and leadership!
